It comprises more than 2,500 employees across 13 countries and 3 continents. They are a human touch company & key partner of the largest international companies with global projects.
They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee.
Description of the position
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating extraordinary experiences for our new clients, ensuring their needs are met with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Data Insight and Time & Material projects.
You will also lead the new sales process, from identifying opportunities to winning new business.
What is this all about?
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Areas covered: All of Spain. Contacts in Portugal are welcome as well.
How will you manage?
• Build Business Opportunities: identify, pursue, and promote opportunities with new clients to drive company revenue.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously update your knowledge of our software and tech solutions, as well as market trends and competitors.
• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide clients through the best use of our software and tech solutions, delivering tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
• Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Who are you?
• Economics, Business, Software Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is highly valued.
• A key Account Manager with proven experience in selling IT management solutions, particularly in eCommerce Brands.
• Expertise in managing consultative sales processes within the tech space.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.
• Experience in process management and optimization to improve efficiencies.
• Passion for creating exceptional client experiences through personalized solutions.

• Availability to travel as required.
Languages
• English & Spanish: a fluent level is mandatory.
• French & Catalan are highly valued.
